Gynecomastia
When a man's mammary glands are significantly enlarged, this condition is called gynecomastia. The causes can include hormonal imbalances, but the phenomenon can also be triggered by the use of anabolic steroids or other medications. Male breast augmentation
Gynecomastia can occur on one or both sides of the chest. This Augmentation is benign and also occurs in young men – often during puberty, as male hormone levels fluctuate significantly during this developmental stage. Enlarged breast glands occur in older men due to elevated estrogen levels.
Furthermore, liver and kidney diseases, drug use, or estrogen-containing medications can be the cause. The good news is that in many cases, the feminine-looking breasts recede on their own. In some cases, however, surgery is unavoidable. Differentiation from the Li gluteal area mastie
Gynecomastia must be distinguished from so-called pseudogynecomastia ( gluteal area mastia), which is usually caused by severe obesity. Excess fatty tissue accumulates in the breast and leads to the development of gynecomastia.
Various surgical procedures
Depending on the size of the breasts, we offer various surgical methods. For smaller cases, a semicircular incision around the areola is sufficient to remove the breast glandular and fatty tissue. In many cases, liposuction ( gluteal area suction) performed to better contour the transitions. The scars heal well and are inconspicuous.
