How can I finance cosmetic surgery?
The costs for plastic and aesthetic cosmetic treatments and Surgery are generally borne by the patients themselves. Only in specific cases, if the procedure is medically necessary, do health insurance companies cover the costs.
The following financing models are common for Cosmetic Procedures :
1. Private Payers : Undergoing cosmetic surgery is not an easy decision. We often hear that patients have been considering it for a long time. The financial aspect also plays a role. After all, the costs of aesthetic treatments must be borne by the patient. If sufficient funds are not available, we offer an installment plan, which we will agree upon in writing beforehand.
2. Coverage by Health Insurance: In cases of medical necessity, plastic or cosmetic surgery may be required. Health insurance companies cover the full cost or a portion thereof in these cases. We document our examination results and forward them to your health insurance company. If necessary, we will also refer you to other specialists, such as dermatologists or ENT doctors.
3. Loan financing: Young people in particular often lack sufficient capital to afford their desired cosmetic treatment or surgery. In these cases, we recommend consulting your bank. Alternatively, you can contact a financial institution specializing in financing medical treatments.
What should I do if additional costs arise after my beauty treatment?
We reliably calculate all foreseeable costs for you. However, every procedure also carries risks. We will inform you about these before the treatment, including a medical assistant . To avoid being left financially alone in the event of complications, we recommend that you consider appropriate follow-up cost insurance for plastic and cosmetic procedures. Please understand that we can only point out this option and, due to medical professional regulations, are not permitted to name specific Gluteal Area licenses or insurers.
